Writing about business books was indeed a spontaneous decision on my part. I solemnly hope that this was a wise decision that I had made.

Steal My E-books...
Wayne Perkins
"My mission in life is to help you achieve your mission in life."
Do you know what the most common question I receive from my e-book- consulting clients?
The question is...How do I keep someone from stealing my e-books?"
My answer to that question is... you want people to steal your e- books!
Here are three reasons you want people to steal your e-books.
1. Qualify more consulting clients.
Recently 3 separate individuals called my home and asked me if a document they found under another author's name was mine. They were afraid it was stolen and wanted to make me aware what was happening to my valuable e-book files.
Actually, I sold reprint and distribution rights for this document to the accused.
In addition I sold him co-author rights as well.
I added that everything was okay.
The three callers have now become my consulting service clients since the initial phone calls.
I would have never found these 3 clients for the fact that they were good Samaritans, informing me of possible "evil doing."
2. Create and Ignite "cluster bombs" Filled with Money.
How would you like to create and set off bombs and not hurt anyone? I plant a series of cluster bombs; loaded with money that can be triggered by thieves in each e-book I create.
These cluster bombs include valuable resource information that either direct the reader to my free information, e-books and telephone consulting over the Internet or to affiliate links that drive the reader to other websites.
This is all great, NO-SPAM publicity for me.
In the case of my most popular digital product, "Stage Hypnotist Training, " I include my Amazon.com Associate's Program links over to the best books on Stage Hypnotism written by other authors.
When the potential thief steals my files and posts my stage hypnosis lessons for free over the Internet, I stand to make a great deal of money from the seeded affiliate links.
Since the files are just ASCII text files delivered by autoresponder, I stand a great chance of enhancing my income from any e-book thief.
3. Discover a New Sales Network for Your E-books
If you have marketed successfully on the Internet, you realize that no matter where you stand in the search engine standings, you still need high traffic websites linking over to your website.
In order for the "thief" to be successful in posting your e-book on- line and selling it or giving it away for free, the thief must have a large network as well.
An easy way of finding the thief's network is for you to conduct a "link search" on the thief's website. (This can be executed on AltaVista.com)
Within a few seconds you have discovered websites that are "pointing" at the thief's website.
Once you have discovered the Thief's network, you can submit your articles and free content in return for links over to your product description page on your website.
After all, the thief's network has already proven interested in what you write. They are encouraging others to view your purloined document.
Summary:
Think about the advantages and opportunities you can create by having your E-books and digital content stolen.
Once you realize that within minutes you can acquire consulting clients, ignite cluster bombs filled with money, and discover new networks of business opportunities, you too will be saying..."Steal My E-books...Please"

Customer Review: As advertised
I have tried to extend my storage capacity by buying a mobo with IDE and SATA RAID. This was an ok solution and I had 6 HDDs working for a total of 1.3TBs (200GBX5+320GB), my PC was cluttered with cables and 2 HDDs failed in the first 6 months.
MyBook is the better solution since u dont need to strain ur PC, plus its portable and even goes to standby after few minutes of unuse.
Its also a scalable solution , I have gotten 2X 1TB and I can pick up a new one whenever i run out of space. It dosnt take much space on my desktop and looks cool.
Customer Review: Quiet and Fast but bundled software is 30 Day trial only
I bought one of these a month ago at Costco for about $200 after a coupon. I bought it on the spot with little to no research trusting that if I didn't like it, I could return it. So far that hasn't been necessary since the drive has met and exceeded my expectations after a few gremlins plagued the initial installation.
This is the 3rd WD HDD I've purchased. Historically, I've had problems with faulty WD products, particularly the 160GB portal HDD which I had to return twice because of bad sectors. I did not feel confident that this product would be any less troublesome and it seemed I was correct during installation. It refused to recognize the Desktop it was attached to, restarting everything always turned up different results. Sometimes I could get the devices to see each other only for them to lose the connection a few minutes later, other times I had no luck whatsoever. Finally, after approximately 20 attempts, the HD started working. I was about to return the device right before my last try. I tried this on several PCs with both USB and Firewire connectors and the same results so I'm convinced the HDD was at fault.
The drive is very quiet, more so than my internal HDD. I have it connected via Firewire, which is the fastest conventional external connection.
READ TEST:
* 5000 files (300 MB total) FireWire was 33% faster than USB 2.0
* 160 files (650MB total) FireWire was 70% faster than USB 2.0
WRITE TEST:
* 5000 files (300 MB total) FireWire was 16% faster than USB 2.0
* 160 files (650MB total) FireWire was 48% faster than USB 2.0
There is an eSATA connection available, but I don't have the connector on my PC. It would provide even faster transfer speeds.
The Memeo backup software bundled with the device is 30-Day trial only and not worth purchasing IMO. Although surprising that the software was trial based, I have other solutions and primarily use the device not to duplicate files but to store files apart from my PCs.
Aesthetically, it's neat and attractive with a matte black on metal finish. It has a white LED indicator light bar on the front which provides an interesting light show to externally indicate its current status. Nice functional little detail but I'm not always clear on what each animation means.
Teton Bookbag Backpack
Teton Bookbag Backpack
Customer Review: good backpack
This is a very good backpack, and you can't beat the price. It's sturdy, good quality. The only way it could be improved would be to add a mesh to hold water bottles. I am very pleased with this purchase.
Customer Review: Great Backpack
Excellent quality bag. Bought this for my 6th grader. She absolutely loves it . Lots of room for all the things she has to carry to school. This is an excellent buy for the price
Howard the Duck
Howard the Duck
If you concentrate on the fact that Howard the Duck was a notorious box office dud (still brought up today) and considered one of the worst films of the '80s, it's entirely possible to enjoy this special effects piffle. Howard, played by a special effect puppet, lives on a planet where ducks evolved instead of apes, but one day he's sucked into a vortex and deposited on Earth. There he befriends Beverly Switzler (Lea Thompson), lead singer for the Cherry Bombs, becomes their manager, and, oh yeah, saves the Earth from the Dark Overlords. Jeffrey Jones is the villain and Tim Robbins (!) is there for comic relief. And who can resist the culmination of synthesizer pop, the Howard the Duck theme song, as realized by the Cherry Bombs? A midnight movie that your kids might watch more than you. --Keith Simanton
Customer Review: Apparently, there are no Buckaroo Banzai fans out there...
I enjoyed the movie. Sort of a "Buckaroo Banzai" type movie in that the main character is an all-around McGyver-ish kind of guy who can do everything. It's a fun movie, one that I enjoyed watching with my then-grade-school aged son. Plus, the theme song is very exciting and up-beat (sung by the beautiful and multi-talented Holly Robinson of 21 Jump Street fame).
Customer Review: Worst film of the eighties? I can think of much worse
Why does everyone have a major problem with Howard The Duck? After watching it, and reading some of the reviews, I have to seriously disagree with all the negative reviews on here. Sure, it's in no way a classic, and Lea Thompson has really big hair (the hairstylist should have been shot for crimping her hair!!!), but it's fun, it's slightly out there, and there is no other movie that can compare to this. Perhaps Who Framed Roger Rabbit? but only very slightly.
Maybe the reason why this is getting bad reviews, is because reviewers can't get past the idea there is actually a person in that suit. Yes it's not CGI, it's not any fancy technology (even in a film by George Lucas), there is a person in a duck suit. Really!
The plot is pretty simple, but you get the impression it's aimed more towards adults, than a nice little film aimed at the kiddies. Howard gets transported to earth, where he meets singer with the Cherry Bomb, Beverley, who can't believe she's talking to a duck. She takes him to a friend of hers, a scientist, who can't believe he's talking to a duck ... The story goes on. Then we meet Jeffrey Jones, who is responsible for bringing Howard to earth, and then he turns into a Dark Overlord (here's where I find the resemblence with Who Framed Roger Rabbit?)
The best part of this movie is definitely the songs. I started rocking out to the song at the end "Howard The Duck", which I'm now officially in love with, and need to get on my mp3 player (hint hint hint). Why can't I find it anywhere??? I need it and I needed it yesterday.
Lea Thompson is brilliant, right down to her clothing, which is seriously eighties, along with her hair. She's the perfect kooky match to Howard, and even sings!!! I was expecting to see it was dubbed, but she actually sang! The girl can sing.
It's amazing watching Howard interact with everything on Earth, and you've got a heart of stone if you don't feel for him. You do get past the idea that it's a guy in a suit, and if you don't laugh at the quiff he gets when he's in bed, you have no sense of humour.
To all the reviewers who think this film is bad - yes, you're entitled to your opinion, but did we watch the same film? Go watch a 'classic'.
The Reminder
The Reminder
Feist is the solo project of Canada's Leslie Feist, a prolific artist who has also played in one capacity or another with Broken Social Scene, Kings of Convenience and half a dozen other bands. The Reminder, her third release, comes from the same well of quiet, appealing songwriting, and delicate vocalizations that made 2004's Let It Die such a sweet treat. This one is a bit more hushed and ballad heavy, closer to Cat Power than Peaches (with whom Feist has also worked with in the past) but maintains an indie-minded blend of confessional pop, jazzy folk, and lo-fi torch songs. The comparatively upbeat single "My Moon My Man" splits her voice off into unexpected harmonies, just dissonant enough to stick in your head. It's hard to predict where her melodies are going to end up; "Brandy Alexander" starts with a simple snap-pulse, and gradually unfolds into a cathartic chorus of sweeping vocal overlays. Throughout, the record profits from a simple, unfussy aesthetic that keeps the production minimal and the emphasis squarely on Feist's cracking, wistful vibrato. Everything sounds deliberate, but not obsessed over, like an e-mailed wedding invitation. It's a low-pressure vibe, welcoming and content to linger. And linger you will. --Matthew Cooke
Customer Review: I love the music of Feist
This is an interesting album by Feist. "1234" is the highlight of this disc. It is a fun song that makes me feel good. "Brandy Alexander" is a song about a love for a cocktail drink. I love the piano playing and her vocals on this track. "My Moon My Man" is a groovy track with a good beat. She takes the Nina Simone tune "Sea Lion" and makes it her own. She rocks on the guitar on this track. "So Sorry" is a beautiful song with a romantic tone. "Past In Present" is another pleasant upbeat track. "I Feel It All" is a track with good musical arrangements. I love all the percussion instruments on this track. "The Park" is a very soothing sounding track. There is something about her guitar playing that puts my mind at ease on this track. This is a very enjoyable disc from Feist.
Customer Review: Love this CD!
I don't know how I've missed "discovering" this wonderful artist until last year, but I'm making up for lost time. This is one amazingly terrific album!

Customer Review: Wow
This is an excellent product. The only problem with these cd-roms are that they can't be viewed reasonably without a larger television.
Customer Review: So sad for Marvel !!!!
Wow, what an amazing gift. This collection rocks, sadly I heard Marvel dropped the contract with the Git Corp. They want to rent out their comics now I guess. What A wasted effort, I heard there is a water mark if you try to print it. That's cool, but come on Marvel loosen up! Your giving adults and children a gift. Young children will be reading and collecting just to smell those pages!
I read Daredevil and Thor was cancelled for a 2008 release. Well I'm sorry but I'm not going to pay a yearly subscription(to Marvel) just to read my favorite comics.
Hey Git Corp, What about releasing Batman, after all, there is other companies out there.
French Country Cookbook Holder
French Country Cookbook Holder
A great gift, this French Country Cookbook Holder will be a great addition to anyones kitchen. The intricate iron weaving and scroll design add to the French County charm. Can be used as a cookbook holder, or just a great designer accent piece. This roomy iron cookbook holder stands approximately 26 inches tall, and is 13 inches wide large enough to hold even the largest cookbooks. The cookbook holder includes two ball-and-chain bookmarks that hand down from the top. These bookmarks are designed to hold the cookbook open to a specific page, so that the chef can read the cookbook hands-free! Folds for easy storage.
Customer Review: Very Good Cookbook Stand
This is a very good stand. It not only works well for cookbooks, both slim and fat, but for the 8-1/2 x 11 sheets that come off of my printer, as it is tall enough to accommodate them. I bought two stands from another source for Christmas presents at $20.00 more, and I regret this, as mine is better.
Customer Review: Disregard the measurement given
I received this french country cookbook holder today and was very pleased with the look and ability to hold several small cookbooks. I was very concerned about the measurement given as 26" high but, as my husband kept telling me, look at the picture it appears to be as high as it is wide, well he was right (as usual) and boy am I glad it fits into the space I had set aside in my kitchen just perfectly. Just for the record it is 14 3/8" tall.

Customer Review: Best movie of all time
I watched this movie when I was about 5 years old. and to this day it still remains one of my favorite movies of all time. I am a die hard Michael Jackson fan and anybody whom is in love with Micahel as much as I am needs to buy this movie. He is truely a great entertainer and a brilliant performer/actor. Very good story, GREAT MUSIC SEQUENCES, classic Michael Jackson at his greatest!I mean, what else could you ask for? He was the hero in this movie and is my hero in real life. Even with all the alligations surrounding him, you can't deny his emaculate influence to the music industry and the world. It has been a long time since I have seen this movie and I am so glad that I recieved the opportunity to buy a copy for myself. His legacy will continue no matter what....
Customer Review: The moon is walking
This movie is not on region 1 DVD yet and STILL it has over a hundred reviews with a 4.5 star average. The explanation is because this is simply an awesome film and treasure chest from when Michael was at his peak. Well, Thriller was his peak but this is close. You don't necessarily have to be a Michael Jackson fan to like it, but being an 80s fan is obligatory. Especially given the amount of Claymation in this film.
This movie is a collection of segments. The first involves some live Michael footage. I usually don't watch this. I don't like the song, don't know what it is, but it's this wimpy feel-good "heal-the-world" nonsense.
After this the movie really kicks in. It's this montage that basically is out to show you how awesome Michael is. It's a career retrospective that, given Michael's recent actions, is kind of sad. This segment is really eerie for some reason. It's filled with strange visuals. For example, at one point the screen showing Michael footage turns into a starship and flies away. There's also some Claymation, natch.
Next there's some more weirdness involving a superfluous remake of the Bad video only with the adults replaced with children. At one point the little "Michael" holds his hand over his mouth like he forgot his line and...well this is just kinda weird. Nothing can prepare you for the absolute weirdness of the next segment. Heck, who am I trying to kid, this whole thing is weird.
Things really take a turn for the terrifying when we are introduced to claymation psychos stalking Michael! The really strange thing is they are claymation when they are shown up close, but in the long shots they are real people wearing huge heads! This segment is filled with cartoon hijinx . People getting squished like pancakes for example. Michael, being chased by the aforementioned claymation stalkers, transforms into a claymation rabbit in order to escape. This is just the first of many transformations Michael will transmogrify into during the course of this film. Michael takes to the streets and is pursued by the terrifying stalkers that take to the street as well. Michael transforms into many people at different points in the chase including Pee Wee Herman. This part of the film is used to showcase the "Speed Demon" song. His retreat vouchsafed, he takes off the rabbit mask. Much to his chagrin, the Rabbit mask becomes the rabbit. After a dance off, Michael obviously wins by using a super-duper-presto-chango-spinning-dance-tornado. Sadly, this takes place in a no-dancing-zone and Michael is given a ticket.
This next segment is basically a music video for the song "Leave me alone." This video focuses on the many rumors(and truths) that the tabloids printed about Michael. Great 80s visuals including dogs in suits, Bubbles the chimp, and Michael dancing with the elephant man's bones.
Finally we have the Smooth Criminal segment which is the centerpiece of the film. This part is a very strange tale, penned by Michael if I'm not mistaken. In this little fable, Michael and three children romp in a field when they stumble upon an eerie cave. Two of the children go in to retrieve their ball and Michael and the girl are forced to enter in order to find them. Filled with spiders and webs, the cave offers quite a perilous challenge. They stumble upon the hideout of a mob boss, played by Joe Pesche. This drug lord reveals his plan to get children hooked on drugs. I suppose this plan is yclept "Bugs and drugs" because the mobster repeats this phrase for seemingly no reason. I could make the statement that spiders are not bugs, but I'll let this go. The mob boss spots them and with what turns out to be my favorite part of the whole movie, proceeds to scream at them "DEEEEEAAAAAD! DEEEEEAAAAAD! DEEEEEAAAAAAD! I assume Michael and the kids escape because we next see Michael exiting his house where he is shot at by the mobster's army. Due to his supernatural powers, Michael is saved and, once again, takes to the streets. When he is cornered by the thug army he does what any iconic superstar does, he transforms into a car. Car-Michael escapes and the mobsters pursue him on motorcycle-back. Meanwhile, the little girl from earlier bivouacs in a decrepit on dive yclept "Club 30s." She is soon joined by the two boys from earlier. Car-Michael arrives at the seen and transforms back. Michael enters Club 30s and he must have time travel abilities as well because with a flash of light the dive is now filled with patrons in appropriate period costumes. Michael now sings Smooth Criminal." Don't prematurely assume that things are over for this segment because after the song Michael meets up with the boys that divulge the horror to Michael that the girl has been kidnapped. All that remains is a spider covered teddy bear. Michael, undoubtedly pissed, goes off in search of her only to be surrounded by the mobster's army. Do you think things are over for Michael? I hope not because you've obviously forgotten that in this film Michael has supernatural powers. As the drug lord begins to inject smack into the little girl Michael uses a scream-attack that shatters all the glass within a 50 mile radius. Awestruck, the mob-army can only stand stoically as Michael undergoes yet another transformation. He turns into a robot like being that continues to utilize the scream-attack and uses missiles and a secondary weapon. Cumulonimbus clouds form in the backdrop and Michael now unleashes his tertiary weapons system: a double cannon that protrudes from his stomach. After all his goons are history, the mob boss takes flight. He wasn't trying to escape however, instead he wishes to unleash his most powerful weapon at Michael: a huge particle beam cannon! All this time Michael has been transforming into his final and ultimate form: Starship Michael!!! He unleashes his coup de grace beam attack and the mob boss is blown to smithereens!
With this amazing segment finished there's really no reason to continue watching. Nothing in this review is made up, it's all in the movie. If you have not seen this movie, don't wait for the DVD, get the VHS post-haste!!!

* 160 files (650MB total) FireWire was 70% faster than USB 2.0
WRITE TEST:
* 5000 files (300 MB total) FireWire was 16% faster than USB 2.0
* 160 files (650MB total) FireWire was 48% faster than USB 2.0
